ABOUT US
Welcome to our SWENext Club Page!
Our SWENext Club, Little SWEsters, is the first SWENext Club in the state of Rhode Island! It aims to introduce STEM to girls in middle and early high school through STEM activities and mentorship. Middle school is often when girls begin to lose interest in science and math – we want to change this! We hope to get girls interested and keep them interested by giving them opportunities to explore STEM through fun activities outside of the classroom. Girls will participate in STEM-based activities, games, and group discussions with URI collegiate members of SWE.
